Friday mornings we connect with members who have moved away but want to stay in touch.

A great big thank you to Marilyn and Dave for having us at their wonderful farm. We loved being there very much!

As always, our sketches are WIPs (work in process). What we share is what we’ve manage to do in the 2 hours we have together.

ZOOOMERS

We forgot to take our group zoom photo! But we didn’t forget to sketch! We do Top Drawers zoom once a week for members who have moved away but still want to keep in touch.

This time Top Drawers visited Oakmont Park (Eugene). And check out what the Zoomers have been doing too.

Remember, all sketches are work in process. We are sharing what we manage to do in the allotted time at each location. Some members take their work back home and finish them (we don’t always get to see those here).

ZOOOOOOOM!

We offer Friday morning zoom for those members who have moved away but still want to keep in touch. Rowena recently moved (Oregon), Danita is one of the Top Drawer coordinators, Laura is another coordinator, Rita is living in sunny California, Peggy is another coordinator, Daisy is in Virginia now, Barbara moved to Washington, Linda is here to keep an eye on us, Bev moved to the beautiful Oregon coast, Bitty is another coordinator.

Summer is here. The weather is beautiful. Some Top Drawers are traveling. The rest are meeting up and sketching together. Laurelwood Golf Course has plenty of shaded tables to sit and sketch.

No Zoomers this time. We decided to skip the meetup because it landed on the 4th of July.

Top Drawers were at Laurelwood Golf Course this time. And Zoomers do some zooming.

Ken shares stages of his Smith Rock (Oregon) sketch.

He starts with ink.

Then he added watercolor.

Then colored pencil and lastly pastels to lighten up some areas.
